10-Car Pileup On Westbound I-40

The multi-car accident on I-40 is all cleared up, but still no report on injuries at this time.  

Emergency crews responded to the 10-car pileup on I-40 westbound near I-35 northbound Thursday just after 3 p.m.

The wreck occurred near the Eastern Ave. exit. Seven wreckers responded, including two big truck wreckers.  The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has shut down the inside lane.

OHP also requested that Oklahoma City Police CPD shut down the westbound on-ramp at Eastern. It has also been reopened.
