Gary Doby, a former Oklahoma Baptist University professor, waived his extradition from Pennsylvania and is likely headed back to Oklahoma to face charges of child pornography.

Doby was arrested in December on several charges, involving an incident where he's accused of collaborating with a McLoud elementary school teacher to use her students for child porn images.

That teacher, Kimberly Crain, was also arrested after accusations that she took pictures of students in their bras and panties.

The class of students in McLoud knew Doby as "Uncle G." Prosecutors said Crain would have students Skype with him in their classroom.

A Pennsylvania judge said at Doby's hearing on Tuesday that authorities have until March 13 to pick him up to bring him back to Oklahoma.
