Firefighters discovered evidence of arson late Monday night during a fire at a duplex in northeast Oklahoma City.
Four people were inside the home near N.E. 26th Street and Martin Luther King when they heard the fire popping and crackling. They rushed out of the duplex and called 911.
Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames and found that someone had thrown an accelerant onto the house before setting it on fire.
The residents said they don't know who may have started the fire. The fire is being investigated.
Most of the damage was contained to the attic of the duplex. No one was hurt.
