Los Angeles Dodgers' pitcher Clayton Kershaw and ESPN's John Anderson were both honored at the Warren Spahn Award Ceremony in Oklahoma City Thursday.

The Spahn Award is given annually to the MLB's best left-handed pitcher in honor of the Hall of Fame southpaw. Kershaw finished the 2011 season with a league-best 2.8 ERA in order to earn the award.

Anderson was given the Bill Teegins Excellence in Broadcasting Award, named for former KWTV Sports director Bill Teegins. Anderson spent time in Oklahoma, working for KOTV in Tulsa before heading to Bristol to work for ESPN.
