Tulsa Police are asking the public to help identify a man seen in surveillance video before the murder of a convenience store clerk on December 22, 2011.

Police say the person is not considered a suspect, but they want to talk with him.

Peggy Gaytan, 55, was shot and killed as she was about to close the Shell station convenience store at 3601 South Harvard.

Detectives have reviewed hours of surveillance video and want to identify a man who comes into the store, walks around and does not purchase anything before leaving.

Tulsa Police also released a surveillance photo of a silver Toyota Highlander which drove through the parking lot minutes prior to the man walking around the store.

Anyone with information on the man or the driver of the SUV is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
