NORMAN, Oklahoma -- According to a search warrant, Norman Police raided the office of Dwain Pellebon at OU's College of Social Work.  They also executed a search warrant at his home.

According to court papers, it was inside this home that police seized his computer and camera equipment, a journal and a cardboard box filled with pictures and papers including dates, names and ages of children.

They also recovered a pair of girls' underwear that had been torn.

Randy Madden is a neighbor and is shocked at the allegations, but says he did notice a lot of people going in and out of Pellebon's home, especially young girls

"Never thought anything about it," said Madden. "I thought maybe he was a minister of some sort and had a small church in there."

Court papers reveal police were notified earlier this month by a DHS caseworker.

Someone had come forward and claimed Pellebon was having inappropriate relationships with young girls ages nine-13, and that it had been going on for many years.

The search warrant also mentions a "restricted" DHS report that was completed in 2001 where Pellebon was named as a suspect and accused of laying in bed with a close friend's young daughter behind closed doors.

DHS closed the investigation, calling it unfounded, after the victim refused to come forward.

However, when police interviewed Dwain Pellebon at his home last week, he admitted he had developed different "close" relationships with young girls through the years.

He is reported as saying he is an "affectionate, sensual" man who liked to hug, kiss, cuddle and stroke young girls that he felt close to.

Court papers go on to reveal that Pellebon admitted he struggled with viewing pornography, and admitted to viewing child pornography, but never downloading it.

According to a spokesperson for the university, OU is cooperating with the police investigation. It has placed Pellebon on administrative leave with pay pending the outcome.
