Domestic Dispute Ends In Hit-And-Run Accident In Moore

A domestic dispute ended in a hit-and-run accident, injuring one woman near N.W. 27th Street and Santa Fe in Moore Monday night.

According to Moore police, a fight broke out among several people when a man took his son from the boy's mother. Two men who came with the father allegedly were also involved in the fight.

Police said one man fired at least one shot into the air. The two men then fled in a car and ended up backing over another woman twice, breaking her leg. Police stopped the car one block away and arrested both men.

Police said the child's mother was also involved in the fight. She was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

According the police, the father took the child to his home.  Police say he had a legal right to take the boy.
