Family and friends of ten-year-old Jasmen Gonzalez filled Sacred Heart Catholic Church to say their final goodbyes. Her teachers from John Glen Elementary school and even police came from Texas to honor Jasmen.

The little girl from Oklahoma City died in Texas--allegedly murdered by family.

The Gonzalezes were in Carrolton, Texas, celebrating a family reunion when Jasmen disappeared. Police believe Jasmen's 23-year-old cousin by marriage, José Sifuentes, crept into her bedroom while she slept, sexually assaulted the 10-year old then stabbed her to death.

"She was my daughter. My heart is broken after this happened. I don't know how to deal with this," Jasmen's father, Hector Gonzales, said.

While police deal with Sifuentes, the Gonzales are doing their best to honor Jasmen by setting up a foundation in her name for children who are victims of violent crimes.

The family has also set up a fund in Jasmen Gonzales' name (Chase account 988510384) to pay for funeral expenses.

You can go to any Chase bank to help out.
