BARTLESVILLE, Oklahoma -- A Bartlesville man is being held in the Washington County jail on a charge of manufacturing child pornography.

According to an affidavit filed with the court, 40-year-old Gregory Fout was arrested after his wife found his video camera on their bed while he was not at home.

Police say Fout and his wife are still married but are separated.

The wife told police she decided to watch what was on the video camera and saw nude images of her 13-year-old daughter in the bathtub.

She told police the video appeared to have been shot through a hole cut into the bathroom wall.

According to the affidavit, when interviewed by police Gregory Fout admitted filming his step-daughter on three separate occasions.

Bond for Fout was set for $100,000 with his next court appearance set for November 4, 2011.
