Oklahoma State Records Shutout In Bedlam Soccer

The Cowgirls extended their Bedlam unbeaten streak to 10 games in the Friday-night matchup.

NORMAN, Oklahoma -- The Oklahoma State Cowgirls continued their dominance in the Bedlam matchup Friday with a 3-0 win over the Oklahoma Sooners, also extending their school-record win streak to 14 games.

Junior goalie AD Franch came away with her fourth clean sheet of the season, coming up with five saves in the win.

Kyndall Treadwell scored first for the Cowgirls in the 11th minute of the contest, her third goal of the season to put the Cowgirls up 1-0.

In the 31st minute, Oklahoma State notched a second goal in the game on a free kick from Taylor Martinez, which was blocked by Kelsey Devonshire, but Carson Michalowski netted it on the return. The Cowgirls went up by three goals thanks to a one-timer from Sarah Brown in the 55th minute.

OSU will go for its fourth conference win Friday against the Iowa State Cyclones on the road.
