Oklahoma County Deputies Arrest Suspected Rapist

MIDWEST CITY, Oklahoma – Oklahoma County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a man accused of raping two teenage girls.

Investigators issued an arrest warrant for 31-year-old Roy Allen Musgrave after they learned he was having sex with two underage girls. Deputies recovered evidence about the relationships from cell phone text messages. Deputies say one of the exchanges included a picture of Musgrave's genitals.

Musgrave is in the Oklahoma County Detention Center on $170,000 bond. He's being held on six counts of rape in the second degree with a victim under 16, and two counts of soliciting sexual conduct with a minor.
