WASHINGTON-- Some of Oklahoma's finest received a special treat in Washington, D.C., Wednesday.
Several Oklahoma World War II veterans chosen to visit the National World War II Memorial flew out to the nation's capital Wednesday morning thanks to the Honor Flights Network. They were able to visit the World War II memorial as well as several other memorials.
Representative James Lankford also took time to meet with them and thank them for their sacrifices.
