OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Oklahoma City attorney will stand trial for allegedly bribing a police officer.
David Ogle is one of three attorneys accused of conspiring to get an officer to skip a hearing. That hearing was to determine if a man, who was charged with DUI, would have his driver's license reinstated.
Ogle waived his right to a preliminary hearing just days before he was scheduled to be in court. He's now set to go before a judge on June 17.
