TULSA, Oklahoma -- A 28-year-old Tulsa woman was arrested after repeated ramming her car into someone else's vehicle Saturday, according to Tulsa police. Shawn Rae Keita, 28, was booked into Tulsa County Jail on several counts including driving under the influence, malicious mischief and driving under revocation.

Tulsa Police say Keita drove her four-door Mitsubishi into an unoccupied vehicle parked in the 500 block of North Tacoma, left the scene and then returned about 10 minutes later to hit the car again. After arguing with the car owner for a few minutes in the front yard, Keita got back into her vehicle and once again rammed the victim's car.

Keita was questioned by police after driving a few blocks away. According to the arrest report, she smelled of alcohol, had slurred speech and was unsteady on her feet.

When police took her into custody, she became combative and kicked the computer screen in the police car, cracking the display screen, the officer reports.

"Subject claimed the officer punched her 17 times in the chin," the arrest report reads. The officer said Keita was photographed and had no redness or swelling on her face.

She was booked on first offense DUI, hit and run, malicious mischief, malicious injury to city property and driving with a revoked license.
