STILLWATER, Oklahoma -- Three people accused of supplying a teenage girl with a lethal dose of methamphetamine appeared Wednesday in a Stillwater courtroom.

Linda Tucker, 15, died last June during a family reunion at Lake Carl Blackwell. Her mother, Doris Rigsby, her mother's boyfriend, Jeffrey Phillips, and the woman who allegedly supplied the drugs, Heather Gaddis, are all charged with murder.

All three appeared in a Payne County courtroom for a preliminary hearing. Three witnesses took the stand. One of them was the victim's brother, who testified about what happened in the hours before his sister died. Eighteen-year-old Logan Tucker told the court he bought eight grams of meth for $800, and planned to get high with his mom and younger sister at the family reunion.

Tucker said Linda was "way over" in terms of her high, so he sat with her until she was taken to the hospital.
