OKLAHOMA CITY -- The CEO of a Massachusetts company sported an aging hippie disguise when he went to work on the sly at one of his Oklahoma City plants for this Sunday's episode of the CBS show "Undercover Boss."

Ronald Croatti, president and CEO of UniFirst Corp., spent a week working at their facility at 2130 East California in Oklahoma City.

As part of his "undercover" assignment, Croatti donned a disguise and worked alongside a number of his employees to better understand their jobs and to see if any improvements might be warranted.

"Despite the fact I had some difficulties performing many of the various tasks, I was pleased to see the systems and procedures we have in place to ensure quality and customer satisfaction are working nicely in the field," said Ronald Croatti. "The Team Partners who 'trained' me were all exemplary workers who treated me and other co-workers with dignity and respect. And that's extremely important to me because it means our founding family values and family culture are also well entrenched throughout our company."

"Undercover Boss" airs on News 9 and News On 6 Sunday, January 9, 2011 at 8 p.m.

Editor's Note: NFL playoff games on CBS could slightly delay the airing time of the January 9 episode of "Undercover Boss."
