OG&E Double Bills Customers After Credit Card Payment Problem
OKLAHOMA CITY -- If you've recently paid your OG&E bill, you might want to check your credit card account because the utility company accidentally double billed some of its customers.
Officials with the company say there was an issue last Friday with the vendor that processes their credit card payments leading to about 1,000 customer being double billed for their payment.
OG&E wasn't contacted until Monday about the issue. Everyone charged double should have the money back in their account no later than Wednesday evening.
