OKLAHOMA CITY – A man accused of drowning a two-year-old girl waived his right to testify Friday.

Prosecutors said 30-year-old Donald Reeser caused Allie Croom's death by dunking her under the water at Lake Stanley Draper last summer.

With the jury out, the 30-year-old took the witness stand and stated under oath that he was waiving his right to testify and invoking his right to be silent.

Earlier Reeser's ex-wife, Jessica Reeser, testified Friday that the couple's son told her his father was to blame for the Allie's death. Brady Reeser testified Wednesday that his father had dunked Allie under the water repeatedly.

Jessica Reeser also said her son told her "I miss my little sister."

The jury in the Reeser case will return for closing arguments at 10 a.m. Monday morning. They are expected to begin deliberations Monday afternoon.
