CHICKASHA, Oklahoma -- The state Medical Examiner's office has released a report to better understand how a football player in Grady County died.

The report from the M.E.'s office said Kody Turner likely died from complications of hyperthermia or elevated body temperature. His death may also be the result of a fatal disruption of his heart's rhythm.
