LAWTON, Oklahoma -- University of Oklahoma officials are set to vote on a request to issue $48 million in bonds to help fund two construction projects.

The regents will vote on the proposal Wednesday during a meeting at Cameron University in Lawton.

According to the agenda posted on OU's website, the Legislature and Gov. Brad Henry approved the issuance of the bonds earlier this year. University President David Boren wants to issue the bonds to help pay $40 million for a multi-tenant office facility and $8 million for infrastructure and road work.

Also on the agenda are contract and compensation reviews for baseball coach Sunny Golloway, softball coach Patty Gasso and most of the Sooners' football assistant coaches, including offensive coordinator Kevin Wilson and defensive coordinator Brent Venables.
