Here's a recipe for a snack that's delicious, good for you and an energy booster.

Power Balls

1 cup Natural Peanut Butter

1/2 - 3/4 cup honey

1/2 cup raisins, craisins, or your favorite dried fruit

1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup freshly ground flax seed

2-3 cups whole oats

  1. Mix peanut butter & honey together.
  2. Mix in all other ingredients.
  3. Line pan with wax paper & scoop out decent sized balls to store in the refrigerator or freezer.

 Calories - ~160 calories for one ball
