OKLAHOMA CITY -- Your pumpkins pies will most likely cost little bit more this holiday season, even though producers don't expect a shortage like last year.

Nestle said they expect to raise the price of pumpkin filling from $1.59 to $1.79.

But the good news is producers aren't expecting a shortage like last year.

Most farmers say the weather was better this year and they planted more pumpkins to make sure they had enough. That's despite bad weather for some farmers.

"This is the worst year I've ever had and I've been doing a pumpkin patch for, well this is my 13th season. I've never had this much trouble, the pumpkins just didn't want to grow," said Jim Kessinger, a pumpkin patch owner in Portland, Oregon.

Most pumpkins come from Illinois, Pennsylvania, and California.
