OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City Police arrested a woman for murder after she called police and asked them to check on the victim.

Clara Blocker, 38, called 911 Thursday morning to report a man was hurt inside a home at near S.W. 89th Street and S. May Avenue. When officers arrived, they realized the victim, 41-year-old Erik Saxton, needed an ambulance.

Saxton was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police said Blocker and the victim were acquaintances. They questioned Blocker, and then arrested her on one count of first-degree murder.

The medical examiner is performing an autopsy to determine Saxton's cause of death.
