OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma -- Oklahoma City Emergency Management is asking residents for their input on the outdoor sirens used to warn people about tornados.

The city wants to know what people do when they hear the sirens, and if the sirens should be used to warn people about hazards other than tornados.

"The online survey only takes less than five minutes to complete and will provide valuable information about citizen views to City officials," Emergency Manager Frank Barnes said.

Oklahoma City has 181 outdoor warning sirens. People who live or work in Oklahoma City can log on to Oklahoma City's website to take the survey.
