OKLAHOMA CITY -- The U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force arrested a second suspect in the connection with the murder of previously unidentified man in Logan County, who was identified Friday.

Juan Bernardo Garcia, 26 was arrested at a home in the 2400 block of South St. Clair in Oklahoma City about 2:45 p.m. Friday.

Another suspect in the murder, Alejandro Manuel Cowns, was arrested at his south Oklahoma City home on Tuesday.

Investigators believe Cowns and Garcia shot and killed a man, who was identified Friday as 24-year-old Abraham Russell of Oklahoma City.

Russell's body was discovered last week in a ditch in rural Logan County.

Agents were able to locate Russell's pickup truck near the Trinity Lutheran Church late Thursday, which helped agents with the investigation.
