Oklahoma City Police Make Arrest in 2008 Fatal Shooting

Oklahoma City police have arrested a man in connection to a shooting that took place in February of 2008.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City police have arrested a man in connection to a shooting that took place in February of 2008.

According to police, 20-year-old Brian Manual was arrested Tuesday after officer obtained information that led to him as a suspect in the 2008 fatal shooting.

Oklahoma City police officers heard gunfire coming from Club Zax at 3015 N. Classen just after midnight on February 2, 2008. Three people suffering from gunshot wounds. One of the three, 19 year-old Kascey C. McClellan, died as a result of being shot. The other two victims survived the attack.

Manual was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on a first-degree murder complaint and two complaints of shooting with intent to kill.
