ENID, Oklahoma – Two people were arrested after they broke into their neighbors home twice, stealing most of the home's furniture.
Jacob Ninness, 29, and Brandelynn Alvarez, 32, allegedly stole almost all the furniture from their neighbors home Monday, then returned Tuesday to steal the dryer. But Ninness fled next door after the homeowner spotted him.
Over $2,200 worth of furniture ranging from couches and beds to kitchen tables and curtains, were taken.
Police found the two suspects in the home next door along with the furniture and other property that was reportedly stolen.
Jacob Ninness was arrested for Knowingly Concealing Stolen Property and two counts of 2nd Degree Burglary. Brandelynn Alvarez, was also arrested for Knowingly Concealing Stolen Property (KCSP).
Ninness also has outstanding warrants out of Missouri for burglary charges.
