OKLAHOMA CITY -- Caddo County authorities responded to a car engulfed in flames on eastbound I-40 near mile marker 97 that killed one person Tuesday evening, according to a Department of Public Safety report.
I-40 was closed for almost an hour while crews investigated the incident.
