OKLAHOMA CITY -- The air is flowing again inside Oklahoma City Fire Station No. 3 after firefighters said their air conditioner had stopped working nearly two weeks ago.
Firefighters said the city's maintenance crews were back at the station Wednesday morning to repair the air conditioner.
Following NEWS 9's story on Tuesday, firefighters said several Oklahoma City residents stopped by with boxed fans to donate to firefighters. One air conditioning company called the fire station and volunteered to fix the problem if it wasn't fixed by 3:00 p.m. Wednesday.
City leaders said they're still looking into the reason for the delay in the work.
