OKLAHOMA CITY -- A cool front moving southeast will make its way into central Oklahoma later this evening.
Thunderstorms may develop near the front. If storms do develop, there is a risk for severe weather with hail and damaging winds being the main threats.
The risk for storms extends overnight into Thursday. Temperatures will be slightly cooler with this front with highs expected to only get into the upper 80s.
Temperatures will rebound quickly with highs in the upper 90s by Friday and topping off near 100 over the weekend.
