INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Pitted dark cherries
½ cup Cherry juice
2 tbl Sugar
Light cocoa
1 oz Cherry brandy
DIRECTIONS:
1) In a sauce pan over medium heat place cherries, juice and sugar and let thicken.
2) Add light cocoa and turn heat to high.
3) Flame with Brandy and serve over ice cream.
