Fire Officials Investigating Cause of Fatal Fire

OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma City fire officials are investigating a fatal house fire that happened over the weekend.

Police on Monday identified the victim of the blaze as 58-year-old Elida Galavan Hererra.

Firefighters found Hererra about 8:35 p.m. Saturday when they responded to a 911 call at a southwest Oklahoma City residence. Firefighters pulled her from the house, but she was already dead.

Authorities are still trying to determine what caused the blaze.

A cause of death for Hererra hasn't been determined.
