OKLAHOMA CITY – Surveillance camera captured the two suspects police are searching for in an overnight shooting and robbery at a Friendly Food Store.
The incident happened Tuesday night at the store at 2800 N. Classen. The clerk, 26-year-old Adi Vaka, was shot and critically injured during the robbery.
The suspects seen on the video were two black males armed with a shotgun. Both wore hoodies.
After entering the store, the suspects ordered the clerk onto the floor and then took cash and cigarettes. The suspects shot the victim and then fled the store. The victim's vehicle was stolen in the robbery, but was recovered a short time later at the University Apartments at NW 31st Street and Indiana Avenue.
The victim was transported to OU Medical center in critical condition.
