TULSA, OK -- Tulsa's Extreme Home Makeover is now complete. Crews from the TV show have been in Tulsa for the past week rebuilding the Starkweather's house near 11th and Harvard.

And, it hasn't been easy.

One team member says it was so cold the first night it "might as well been the North Pole." But, he says everyone came together to make the Starkweather's dream home a reality.

"We're just the ringleader," said Greg Simmons of Simmons Homes. "If it wasn't for the community and our contracts and our vendors, it wouldn't have happened. They were all glad to do it; a bunch of guys with really big hearts. It doesn't get any better than that."

The Starkweather's youngest son has special health needs, so the house was built with that in mind.
