Man Charged in Deadly December Shooting, Robbery

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A man wanted in a deadly shooting and robbery in December has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder.

Wednesday morning, the Sheriff's Warrant Team along with the Metro Fugitive Squad arrested Jermaine Lee Milton at 1316 NW 81st Street.

The 29-year-old was charged in the murder of Michael Jacob Brooks.

Police said 22-year-old Brooks was robbed and found shot inside a car in the parking lot at 403 Tinker Diagonal Street on December 22. Witnesses to the crime said three black males were involved in the incident.
