JONES, Oklahoma -- According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the 3.7 magnitude quake struck the Jones area at 1:15 a.m. Sunday.
Residents in Jones, Midwest City, Choctaw and as far away as Newalla were woken by the earthquake.
So far, there have been no reports of major damage.
It's one of dozens of quakes to hit the area since last year, but experts do not think the outbreak means a more serious threat is coming.
