Police Investigating Southwest Oklahoma City Shooting

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City police are investigating a shooting on the city's southwest side.

Officers said around 2 p.m. Sunday, someone drove by SW 45th Street and Independence and fired shots at a man.

The victim was headed to a friend's home when the incident occurred. The man is expected to recover and his name has not been released.

Police are searching for the suspect in the shooting.
