OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma Senator Jim Inhofe is going after global warming vowing to fight what he calls "the greatest hoax ever" at the climate summit in Copenhagen.

Inhofe has come out against a new federal report that says carbon-dioxide emissions are subject to regulation. The EPA is warning power plants, steel mills and auto makers to cut back on pollution or face harsh penalties.

The government insists farmers, small businesses and individuals are exempt, but Senator Inhofe believes the crackdown impacts everyone.

"It would have a devastating effect on employment. It would cost in taxes, millions and billions, in terms of jobs, probably millions of jobs," Sen. Inhofe said.

Inhofe also said billing power plans for CO2 will force your electric bill up.

He said hacked emails reveal scientists destroyed evidence that contradicts the global warming theory.
