OKLAHOMA CITY – The Christmas Connection is expanding to a new location.

The new facility, 5728 S. May Avenue, gives the Oklahoma City-based charity more space for its Christmas Shopping Days and other programs.

The Christmas Connection was founded in 1981 as a way to provide Christmas gifts to families in need in central Oklahoma. The Christmas Connection is a department store setting where families can shop for free gifts instead of just receiving a handout.

In addition to Christmas shopping, the Christmas Connection provides school supplies and uniforms and clothing and crisis relief shopping.
