Nunu's Yogurt and Cucumber Salad is a Mediterranean side dish that is healthy, easy to make and tastes great.

INGREDIENTS:
1 quart plain yogurt
1 large English cucumber, or two smaller cucumbers
1 tablespoon dried mint
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Peel and quarter cucumbers and cut into thin slices.
2. Crush dried mint between hands and add to yogurt.
3. Add garlic and salt and mix well.
4. Gently add cucumbers into the mixture and chill well before serving.
