OKLAHOMA CITY -- A total of 26 arrests were made in Saturday night's sobriety checkpoint, according to the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office. Deputies conducted a sobriety checkpoint at 14701 N. May Avenue.
Of the 26 people arrested, 16 were for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Four people were arrested on outstanding warrants and four for driving under suspension/no valid driver's license.
Two other arrests were classified as other.
The Sheriff's Office issued 70 traffic citations, 61 warnings and impounded 27 vehicles in the November 21 sobriety checkpoint.
