1 Killed in Fiery Crash in Logan County

LOGAN COUNTY, Oklahoma -- Police are investigating a fiery crash that killed one person in Logan County.

The person was found dead in a burning car on Portland Avenue just three miles north of Waterloo Road, according to police.

Police said the car was traveling down Portland when, for an unknown reason, the car left roadway and crashed into a wooded area near the Cottonwood Creek Bridge and burst into flames.

Police have not identified the person.
