Florida and Texas remain in the top two spots of the Oklahoma Sports Blitz Top 25 Week 3 rankings. After being upset by Washington, USC falls out of the top 10 and is replaced by Alabama, California, and Penn State in the top five. Oklahoma climbs back into the top 10 this week after the Sooners posted their second shutout of the season against Tulsa, while Oklahoma State begins to move back up after holding off Rice.
