OU Fan Fest Canceled Before Tulsa Game

NORMAN, Oklahoma -- Fan Fast activities prior to OU's game against Tulsa this week have been canceled due to wet grounds.

Fan Fest is an interactive fan area that is open prior to OU home football games. It is located on the infield of John Jacob Track.

"The grounds were soft for last week's game and we've had more rain since that time," said Eric Barnhart, general manager of SSP in a press release from the university. "We don't want to subject the fans to muddy grounds and we also don't want to do any damage to the track and field facility."

The Sooners and Golden Hurricane are slated for a 2:30 p.m. kickoff Saturday.
