Woman in Custody After Standoff with Police
OKLAHOMA CITY -- A woman is in custody after a more than five hour standoff with police at a South Post Road residence.
Police said Wanda Smelley called 911 complaining of chest pains early Saturday afternoon. When medics arrived at 3620 S. Post Rd., Smelley fire several shots but did not hit anyone.
Police were able to arrest Smelley without incident just after 5 p.m. for two counts of shooting with intent to kill.
No injuries were reported.
