OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma County prosecutors have charged a man with first-degree murder in the death of a Del City woman who was wounded during a home-invasion robbery last month.

Travis J. Estis also was charged Friday with felonious possession of a firearm after a previous conviction.

Prosecutors allege that Estis and two other unknown males kicked in the door of Teresa Coleman's home July 1 with the intent of stealing a television and video game equipment.

Police say Coleman apparently woke up because her dogs were barking and found the men in the house where she lived with her son, sister and mother. She was shot to death.

Authorities say Estis had been convicted in juvenile court for burglary in 2005.
