Consumer Watch: Property Glitch Revisited

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A few months ago, a family turned to NEWS 9's Consumer Watch Team.

They were never late on a house payment, yet they were afraid their home was about to go into foreclosure. They blamed a property glitch.

Their daughter's name is on their deed. Their daughter was murdered in 2005. Getting her name off turned out to be more difficult than they expected.
