OKLAHOMA CITY -- A mortgage company is accused of not paying insurance premiums.

NEWS 9's Consumer Watch Team received a complaint on Saxon Mortgage.

The homeowner said she's been making her monthly mortgage payments to them and assumed Saxon was paying her insurance company.

But when she called her insurance company, she was shocked. They told her they hadn't received payments and she hasn't been covered for the last year and a half.

She said Saxon acknowledged they didn't pay it and sent her a partial refund. But what happened next has her potentially out thousands of dollars.
