Welcome home ceremonies for more than 700 Oklahoma Army National Guard Soldiers are planned to take place next week throughout Western Oklahoma.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Welcome home ceremonies for more than 700 Oklahoma Army National Guard Soldiers are planned to take place next week throughout Western Oklahoma.

The returning soldiers from the 45th Fires Brigade are completing a 10-month deployment to Iraq and Kuwait.

The soldiers are in the process of returning to Fort Hood, Texas where they will complete preliminary post deployment activities before returning to their families and friends.

About half the Brigade has made its way to the central Texas post and the remaining soldiers are in transit from the Middle East.

If you would like to welcome home some of Oklahoma's finest, you can head to one of the troops welcome home ceremonies:

Altus High School Football Stadium: Monday, August 10, 1 p.m.
SW Oklahoma State University Wellness Center, Weatherford: Monday, August 10, 2 p.m.
Enid High School Football Stadium: Tuesday, August 11, 2 p.m.

Ceremonies will also take place in Lawton, Duncan and Anadarko, but dates and times have not been announced.
