OKLAHOMA CITY -- NEWS 9's Consumer Watch team is investigating a metro roofer for the second time.
Six months ago, complaints came in about the same roofer. The complaints were similar, in that the owner took several thousand dollars, but didn't start the job.
It appeared to end well when the owner told NEWS 9 he couldn't start because of weather delays and he was happy he was told of the dissatisfaction from his customers.
But Consumer Watch revisited the homeowners Wednesday to find that they are not happy.
Another customer said the company's owner took $5,000 from her and all she has is a pile of felt to show for it.
Tonight on NEWS 9 at 10, the Consumer Watch team will show you what the company has done since he was contacted 6 months ago and what another roofing company is doing to make things right.
